Joseph Siegel is an Environmental Collaboration and Conflict Resolution Specialist and Senior Attorney in the Office of Regional Counsel for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Region 2 in New York City, where he has worked for 30 years.  He co-chairs Region 2’s Climate Change Workgroup and is the lead climate change lawyer for the Region. He also teaches both climate change law and environmental dispute resolution at Pace Law School and Hofstra Law School.
