Karen is the Public Outreach Coordinator for the Barnegat Bay Partnership (BBP), a National Estuary Program. She manages the BBP’s communication initiatives and educational programs. Karen has a B.S. degree in Biology from Bucknell University and is a licensed NJ Registered Environmental Health Specialist.
