Pierre Lacombe is a hydrologist with the US Geological Survey and has investigated groundwater levels and saltwater intrusion in New Jersey for more than 30 years. Pierre has written extensively on saltwater intrusion issues in Cape May County and many other NJ Coastal Plain counties.
