Judeth Piccinini Yeany, Esq. is Chief of the Bureau of Legal Services and Stewardship for the NJDEP’s Green Acres Program.  Ms. Yeany holds a B.S. in Natural Resources from Cornell University and a J.D. from George Washington University.  She first joined the NJDEP in 1988 and served as a Deputy Attorney General from 1990 to 2000, where she was counsel to the New Jersey Natural Lands Trust.  Ms. Yeany is a former board member of the Rancocas Conservancy.
