The North Jersey Health Collaborative (NJHC) is an independent, self-governed 501(c)(3) organization with the vision of creating healthy people, healthy communities in northern New Jersey.  NJHC represents over 100 partners across a variety of sectors (e.g., health care, social services, public health, education, parks and recreation) committed to a shared process of community needs assessment and health improvement planning.  This collective process enables us to better identify and respond to the most pressing health issues in our region.
In this roundtable discussion, we will explore the powerful links between land conservation and health.  You will learn how your organization can join us to build new connections, leverage resources, and take action—increasing both the reach and capacity of your organization and our potential for significant collective impact. Health isn’t owned by healthcare or public health alone; by working together across sectors we can accomplish what we could never do alone.
