Arlene has worked and advocated for public health for over 30 years with 18 years of experience in local public health in Morris County and New Jersey.

Valuing collaboration, Arlene has partnered with many agencies in Morris County supporting the NJHC since its inception. She serves as Secretary to the Collaborative and participates on the Data Committee, the Communications and Marketing Committee, the Morris County Committee, including the Obesity work group and the Connect to Walk Committee.

Through her work with the Collaborative she has participated in national trainings on collective impact and collaborative leadership. These trainings helped Arlene improve skills and knowledge important to negotiating through these important foundational years of building a viable organization that has already been recognized nationally as a leader in collective impact work.
